Description:

Refine Success is a Lahore-based financial services firm providing tailored capital, advisory, and technology-enabled solutions to individuals, SMEs and corporates across Pakistan. We combine local market insight with disciplined analytics to deliver investment advisory, corporate finance, risk management, working capital solutions and digital financial services. The Client Hunting role will support business growth by identifying, engaging and converting new clients for our lending and advisory products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively source and qualify prospective clients in target sectors (SMEs, corporate, high-net-worth individuals) through cold outreach, networking and market research.
  • Manage end-to-end prospecting pipeline: lead generation, qualification, needs assessment and handover to relationship managers or credit teams.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client financing, advisory or cashflow needs and articulate Refine Success service offerings and value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect status in CRM; prepare weekly pipeline and conversion reports for management.
  • Collaborate with product, underwriting and marketing teams to tailor proposals, pricing guidance and promotional campaigns for targeted segments.
  • Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The role is based in Lahore with hybrid/remote flexibility. Candidates should be comfortable working in a commercial sales environment, meeting targets, and coordinating with internal teams to convert qualified leads into active client relationships.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in B2B or financial services sales, business development or corporate client sourcing.
  • Strong prospecting skills: cold calling, networking, referrals and digital outreach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain finance and advisory solutions clearly.
  • Ability to assess client needs, build commercial proposals and coordinate with credit/underwriting teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and experience tracking pipeline metrics and preparing reports.
  • Negotiation and closing skills with a focus on relationship building and long-term client value.
  • Analytical mindset to research target sectors, evaluate market opportunities and prioritize high-potential leads.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, organized and able to work independently in a hybrid setting.
