Role Overview
We are expanding our security team and seeking a vigilant Surveillance Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be the "eyes on the ground" for our international clients, ensuring safety through active monitoring and high-level English communication. This position requires a mix of technical observation and professional reporting.
Primary Duties

Live Oversight: Conduct real-time analysis of surveillance feeds to maintain site integrity.

Incident Response: Proactively identify irregularities and escalate security concerns following company protocols.

Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for English-speaking stakeholders, providing clear verbal updates.

Documentation: Execute detailed digital logs and comprehensive daily summaries of all monitoring activities.

System Integrity: Utilize specialized monitoring software to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Candidate Profile

Linguistic Skills: Must possess professional-grade fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Tech-Savvy: High level of comfort with computer systems and the ability to learn new monitoring interfaces quickly.

Concentration: A proven ability to maintain high focus levels during long shifts.

Organization: Superior record-keeping skills with an eye for minor details.
Qualifications & Preferences
- Background in security operations or remote monitoring is preferred, though we will train the right candidate.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Lahore for an office-based role.
