About the Role

Okara Fragrance Group is a growing name in the fragrance industry, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail operations in Okara.

As a Branch Manager, you will be the face of our brand at the branch level. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a premium customer experience, managing staff, and driving sales growth to meet and exceed company targets. We are looking for an individual who is not only a leader but also a fragrance enthusiast with the ability to turn customer interactions into long-term sales relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Management: Supervise daily operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maintain high service standards and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Sales Growth: Implement effective sales strategies to increase store revenue and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Customer Engagement: Provide expert guidance to customers regarding fragrance profiles, notes, and product selection.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Retail Management (preference will be given to candidates with experience in perfumes or luxury retail).
• Leadership: Strong team-building skills and the ability to manage staff effectively.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customer segments.
• Product Knowledge: Passion for and deep knowledge of various fragrance categories, brands, and scent profiles.
• Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a retail environment.
