Maheen Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium home textile products. The company is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee supply planning and woven fabric processing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise woven fabric processing operations, including pretreatment, dyeing, printing, and finishing.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor production processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Planning, and Maintenance teams.
Identify and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and defects.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
Lead, train, and develop production staff.
Prepare production reports and analyze KPIs to improve operational performance.
Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience Required
4–6 years of relevant experience in woven fabric processing.
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
