Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing & SEO: Perform keyword research and create optimized listings (Titles, Bullet Points, and Descriptions).
  • PPC Management: Set up and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns to improve sales while maintaining a healthy ACoS.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle replenishment, and create FBA shipments.
  • Customer Support: Handle buyer messages, manage returns, and resolve negative feedback or disputes.
  • Account Health: Monitor Seller Central metrics to ensure the account remains in good standing.
  • A+ Content/EBC: Enhance product pages with high-quality images and layouts (for Brand Registered stores).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Viral Launch.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva) for listing images is a plus.
