Salman Traders (Solar Industry) is actively looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant who can manage complete financial operations efficiently. If you have strong accounting skills, hands-on experience, and want to grow in a fast-paced business environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Bookkeeping
- Record all sales, purchases, and expenses
- Maintain cash book, bank book & general ledgers
2. Receivables & Payables Management
- Track customer payments & outstanding balances
- Manage vendor payments
- Follow up on overdue receivables
3. Inventory / Stock Control
- Maintain accurate stock in/out records
- Perform physical vs system stock reconciliation
- Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
4. Banking & Cash Handling
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Monitor cash flow, cash in hand & bank balances
5. Invoicing & Billing
- Generate sales invoices
- Maintain proper transaction documentation
6. Financial Reporting
- Prepare Profit & Loss Statements
- Track weekly & monthly financial performance
- Provide insights to help management make decisions
7. Tax & Compliance
- Handle Sales Tax / GST returns
- Prepare data for Income Tax filing
- Ensure compliance with local laws & regulations
8. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Monitor company expenses
- Suggest cost-saving strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
- Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting
- Taxation (Sales Tax / Income Tax)
- Inventory Management
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Accounting Software
- Strong attention to detail & problem-solving skills
